Title: Sales Data Analysis Manager
Main Purpose:
The Sales Administration Manager will report to the VP of Sales - NORAM and dotted lined to the SVP of Global Commercial Operations to support the frontline sales team. As Sales Data Analysis Manager, your responsibilities will include data analysis, reporting, market research, competitive analysis, planning, preparing presentations and sales process optimization. Ideal candidates will have Sales Data Analysis experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Commercial Operations leaders in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement processes backed by data to improve the sales team’s performance.
- Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data – identify gaps in Key Client information and resolve them.
- Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
- Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct problems.
- Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
- Implementing and executing salesforce reporting processes including developing reports, dashboards, and analytics around sales forecasting, pipeline and key performance metrics to drive company goals.
- Organizing sales data to support the teams in accurately reporting on sales forecasts, trends, opportunities, wins / losses, and competitive activities in the market.
- Coordinate and support weekly and monthly sales updates for executive reporting and input for quarterly business reviews.
- Apply data analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
- Support the development of sales operations strategy and initiatives, understand priorities, and execute.
- Development of targeted presentations deck on region / country / client / service lines,
- Ability to understand, create, and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication.
- Assist with on-boarding of new sales representatives.
- Assist in ad-hoc reporting and presentations, including business reviews and management presentations.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations, business analyst role, or process improvement
- Proficiency in SalesForce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, within teams, and cross-functionally with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- BA/BS degree in a technical or business-oriented field
- Comfortable working across time zones and communicating with different cultures across the globe
